Winch tractor built for GPO telephones to winch a mole plough laying telephone cables. 5ton Capstan winch with 1000M of cable. Used for 2 weeks by Coventry depot and it is believed also by a depot in Essex, deemed too big and complicated and sat in Telecoms Birmingham supply depot until it was 30 years old and sold.
